About this Strategy
Mastering Concentrated Liquidity
Liquidity Provider (LP) Tycoon challenges you to manage capital efficiency in a simulated Automated Market Maker (AMM) environment closely resembling Uniswap V3.
Unlike traditional 'set and forget' strategies, concentrated liquidity requires active management. You must select price ranges where you believe trading will occur. If the price moves out of your range, you stop earning fees and suffer 100% impact from Impermanent Loss.
Key Gameplay Mechanics
- • Range Selection: Tight ranges earn higher yields but have higher risk of getting 'out of range'.
- • Rebalancing: Adjust your positions as market volatility changes to maintain fee generation.
