End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Qalc.ai grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Atomic Sync: Radio Watch Time software on your devices in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software.
• Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such thing.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Qalc.ai retains ownership of the Software and all intellectual property rights in it. The Software (including any updates) is and remains the property of Qalc.ai.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Emulated radio signals and NTP-assisted timing are tools for aligning consumer clocks; accuracy depends on hardware, environment, speaker output, and network conditions. Qalc.ai is not liable for incorrect time display, missed alarms, or any consequence of relying on the App instead of official time sources where precision is critical.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and continues until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software.
