1. Introduction

Welcome to DeFi Tools ("the App"). This policy explains how we handle information, particularly in relation to advertising through Appodeal, data collection, and user consent. We are committed to a transparent and secure experience.

2. Data Collection & Privacy

• No Private Keys: The App never asks for, collects, or stores your private keys, seed phrases, or any sensitive wallet information.
• Local Calculations: Financial calculations you run in the App are performed on your device; inputs are not sent to our servers for those features.
• No Account Required: You can use core features without providing identity-linked information to us.

3. Advertising & Appodeal (Mediation)

To keep the App free, we use Appodeal as our primary ad mediation platform. By using the App, you acknowledge that Appodeal and third-party demand sources that fill ad inventory may collect and process data. Publishers are required to disclose this processing; you can read how Appodeal handles data in its policy: Appodeal Privacy Policy.

• Categories of data: This may include IP address, advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, where available), device and app characteristics, general or approximate location, usage signals related to ads (impressions, clicks), analytics, fraud prevention, and measurement.
• Partner networks: Ads may be delivered through networks available via Appodeal mediation (including, for example, Google AdMob and others). Each partner may process data under its own privacy policy.
• Consent & CMP: For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we use a consent management approach consistent with applicable requirements (including the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework where applicable). You can change your choices in the app settings and in your device privacy settings for advertising.
• Legal basis: Where the law requires consent for personalized advertising, we rely on your consent from that flow; where allowed, we may rely on legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, and limited analytics.

4. Data Deletion & User Rights

We respect your right to control your data. We do not operate a user account inside the App for calculator features; advertising data is primarily controlled by Appodeal and partner networks.

• Device controls: Reset your advertising ID or adjust tracking settings on your device (Android: Google Ads settings; iOS: Privacy settings for tracking / Apple Advertising).
• Partner requests: You may exercise rights or opt-outs described in Appodeal's Privacy Policy and in individual ad partners' policies.
• Inquiries to us: For questions directed to Qalc.ai as publisher, use the feedback mechanism on the Qalc.ai website. We will respond within 30 days where required by law.

5. Data Storage & Security

Calculator inputs you use in a session are held in device memory for that session. Our website and related services may use HTTPS where applicable.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required for personalized advertising in your region.

7. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to external DeFi protocols. Their use is subject to their own privacy policies.
