Privacy Policy - DeFi Tycoon

1. Introduction

Welcome to DeFi Tycoon ("the App"). This policy explains how we handle device and advertising-related information. DeFi Tycoon is a simulation game — it is not a custodial wallet, not on-chain trading, and does not hold real funds. We aim to be transparent and to meet app store and privacy-law expectations.

2. Data on Your Device

• Game state: Save data (e.g. portfolio, settings, history) is stored locally on your device (e.g. via Hive). We do not require an account to play, and we do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, or custody of cryptocurrency.
• No real-money accounts: The App does not process deposits, withdrawals, or linked exchange accounts.

3. Advertising & Appodeal (Mediation)

To support a free App, we integrate the Appodeal advertising mediation platform (SDK), including patterns such as rewarded video where implemented. Appodeal and demand partners may collect and process data as described in Appodeal's Privacy Policy. Verify actual ad inventory and disclosures before labeling the app "Contains ads" in stores.

• Categories of data: May include IP address, advertising identifiers (e.g. GAID or IDFA), device and app characteristics, general location (e.g. region), usage signals related to ads, and data used for fraud prevention and analytics.
• Partner networks: Ads may be filled via third-party networks (e.g. Google AdMob) reachable through Appodeal; each has its own privacy notice.
• Consent & choices: Where required (EEA, UK, Switzerland, etc.), we use a consent approach consistent with industry standards (e.g. IAB TCF where applicable). You can adjust choices in the App and in device privacy settings for advertising.
• Legal basis: For personalized ads where consent is required, we rely on your consent; for strictly necessary operations we may rely on legitimate interests or other bases as permitted by law.

4. Data Deletion & User Rights

We do not maintain login accounts in the App for core gameplay. Advertising data is largely controlled by Appodeal and partners.

• Device: Uninstalling the App removes local game data from the device. Reset advertising ID and ad tracking options in system settings if you wish to limit ad-related signals.
• Requests: For data processed via Appodeal, follow procedures in Appodeal's policy. For publisher-specific requests, contact us through feedback on Qalc.ai.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required for personalized ads in your region.

6. International Transfers

Appodeal and partners may process data in countries outside your own, per their policies and applicable safeguards.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last Updated" date will change; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
