End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Qalc.ai grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the ZenBlend software on your devices in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software.
• Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such thing.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Extract, redistribute, or sublicense third-party audio bundled with the App outside the intended in-app experience, except as allowed by those materials' licenses.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Qalc.ai retains ownership of the Software and app-specific intellectual property. Third-party sound recordings and marks remain the property of their respective licensors; see in-app attribution and credits.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. ZenBlend is a wellness and entertainment tool for ambient audio—it is not medical advice, a clinical sleep therapy, or a guaranteed treatment for sleep, anxiety, or hearing conditions. Use safe listening levels; prolonged exposure to loud audio can damage hearing. Qalc.ai is not liable for hearing injury, sleep outcomes, or reliance on timers or alarms for safety-critical timing.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and continues until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software.
