Privacy Policy - ZenBlend

1. Introduction

Welcome to ZenBlend ("the App"). This policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App, including advertising through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), optional analytics and crash reporting through Google Firebase, and your rights. We aim to be transparent and to meet the expectations of app stores and privacy laws.

2. Data You Enter in the App

• Local processing: Preset mixes, timer settings, volume levels, and similar preferences are stored on your device (e.g. via Hive or SharedPreferences). We do not operate a login system inside the App for core functionality.
• Audio: Sound playback and mixing run on your device. Optional downloads of additional packs, if offered, may use the network; see store listings for size and connectivity notes.

3. Analytics & Crash Reporting (Firebase)

We may integrate Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to understand aggregate usage (e.g. feature adoption, session length) and to diagnose crashes. Processing is described in Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase documentation. Depending on configuration and law, analytics may rely on consent, legitimate interests, or strictly necessary diagnostics.

4. Advertising & Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

To support a free App, we integrate the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), including formats such as banner, rewarded, and interstitial ads, subject to caps described in the App. Google and its partners may collect and process data as described in Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob-related disclosures.

• Categories of data: This may include IP address, advertising identifiers, device and app characteristics, general location, ad interaction signals, and fraud prevention or measurement data.
• Consent & choices (UMP): Where required (including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) or equivalent certified flows. You can adjust choices in the App and in your device's privacy settings for advertising.
• Legal basis: For personalized ads where the law requires consent, we rely on your consent; for permitted non-personalized or necessary operations, we rely on other lawful bases as applicable.

5. Data Deletion & User Rights

We do not maintain user accounts in the App for core features. Advertising and analytics data are largely controlled by Google.

• Device controls: Reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking in device settings.
• Requests: Use Google's privacy tools for data tied to Google products. For publisher-specific questions, contact us via Qalc.ai feedback; we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required for personalized ads in your region. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided information in violation of this policy, please contact us via Qalc.ai.

7. International Transfers

Google and ad partners may process data in countries outside your own, subject to their policies and safeguards where required by law.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last Updated" date will change when we do; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
