The SCORAD (Scoring Atopic Dermatitis) index is a clinical tool used to standardize the assessment of atopic dermatitis severity. Unlike the EASI score, SCORAD includes both objective physician assessment (Area and Intensity) and subjective patient symptoms (Itch and Sleep Loss).
